Yossi Bercovich

Managing Partner

Yossi Bercovich is an experienced executive and investor. Serving as Ilan Holdings’ Business Development Director since 1999, he led multiple company growth processes both in Israel and abroad.

Yossi played a key role in the operations management of Isralift Group and its 2012 strategic sale to the Top-3 KONE Corporation. In 2012 Yossi became the CEO of Vortex Energy and joined the Ilan Holdings Executive Committee, and in 2018 he became a Managing Partner of Ilan Holdings. Yossi holds a BA in History and Communications, an LLB in Law and MA (Honors) in Management and Communications. He maintains private investments in Technology and Real Estate. He also brews beer, and privately invests in Israeli boutique wine estates.

Arrow Pride

Managing Partner

Arrow Pride (born Eran Ilan) combines experience in science, technology, and investing. After obtaining a B.Sc. (Honors) in physics from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada and pursuing graduate studies in physics, he taught college physics and mathematics. Arrow then worked for a decade in software development, eventually becoming the Principal Software Architect of Corbis Corporation.

In 2005 Arrow transitioned to self-employment as a business analyst and investor, gradually establishing multiple long-term holdings in publicly-traded companies. In 2012 Arrow joined the Ilan Holdings Executive Committee, and in 2018 became a Managing Partner. Arrow currently resides near Seattle, Washington, and pursues social and competitive West Coast Swing dancing.

Sarit Avidan

CFO

Sarit Avidan (C.P.A), has more than 17 years of experience as a CFO and controller, in managing financial and accounting systems, and support business and operational activities.

Sarit joined Ilan Holdings in 2017 as the CFO. Prior to joining Ilan Holdings, Sarit was the CFO of several Israeli startups, with subsidiaries abroad, and infrastructures companies. Sarit started her career as a CPA at the KPMG Israel.

Sarit holds a B.A in Business & Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies, and an M.A in Law from Bar-Ilan university.

Efrat Barak Shamian

General Counsel

Efrat Barak Shamian has more than 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, specializing in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities, start-ups, finance and governance matters.

Efrat joined Ilan Holdings in 2018 as the General Counsel. Prior to joining Ilan Holdings, Efrat was the General Counsel of an Israeli private VC fund, which focused on investments in Israeli startups at an early stage. Efrat began her career as a corporate attorney at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, one of Israel’s leading law firms, where she advised clients on various corporate matters and international transactions, M&A activity, and private equity investments for 6 years.

Efrat holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
